IBM Reflect
Interactive Meeting System for Hybrid Workplaces
IBM Reflect is a meeting system for hybrid offices combining hardware with a complementary software. The product consists of four components: a camera, a short-throw projector, a wireless charging station and a control pen. All of these components offer employees an interactive and flexible meeting experience. The main and the most significant component, the pen functions as a unifying element between digital interfaces and the physical work environment since it allows the application controls to be performed with a single finger touch. The portable structure of the short-throw projector transforms every surface into a touch screen with gesture recognition technology. Besides, the software, it combines the distributed workforce needs with a collaboration tool that provides task management, document sharing, brainstorming whiteboard, video conferencing and scheduling.
